    Our Women's Boundary Therapy Group is a supportive space where you’ll learn to:

     Speak up without shame
     Understand your emotional patterns
     Set healthy boundaries in relationships
     Reconnect with your confidence & voice

    You’re not too much. You’re not selfish. You’re allowed to take up space.

    Led by therapists and experienced dungeon masters, this group uses collaborative storytelling and role-playing to help participants:
     Practice communication
     Develop empathy & cooperation
     Improve problem-solving
     Explore self-expression in a safe space
