Do you feel…
Fear that your marriage problems are unsolveable, like you’ve been living as roommates for too long?
Alone, desiring a deeper connection in your relationships with your spouse, friends, and family?
Overwhelmed and stuck by your big emotions?
Hopeless that your life can have a purpose?
Is fear guiding your decisions? Do you feel emotionally overwhelmed or notice tension in your relationships? If you're longing for a life that feels purposeful, confident, hopeful, and connected, therapy might be the next right step.
In our work together, we'll take time to understand your story and identify what truly matters to you. From there, we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. I approach therapy with deep respect for your values, beliefs, and lived experiences, and will adapt our work to honor those fully. Together, we'll work toward meaningful growth, so you can reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with clarity and hope.
MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH
I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. As a Christian, I welcome the opportunity to integrate faith into the therapy process, if that aligns with your values. When invited, I consider it a privilege to bring God into the therapy room and walk alongside you in both spiritual and emotional healing. In our work together, I will approach your story with curiosity and compassion, exploring your family dynamics, relational patterns, and life experiences to uncover meaningful insights that can lead to real change. My therapeutic approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, allowing me to tailor sessions to your unique needs.
Clients often describe my presence as steady, calm, and deeply respectful. They trust that their story will be held with care. After therapy, couples report feeling more emotionally connected, supported, and united—embracing each other more fully, even in their differences. Individuals describe feeling more confident in themselves, more equipped to navigate challenges, and more in tune with their needs, values, and inner strength.

In Oklahoma, Candidate for Licensure means that I have completed all my education and have passed all the testing required by the Board of Behavioral Health. I describe this similar to a resident in the medical field. All licensed professional therapists in the state of Oklahoma are required to gain 3000 hours of supervised experience before they are able to be considered licensed. I currently meet weekly with a licensed and Board approved supervisor to review my caseload.

As a candidate for licensure, I can file with BCBS & Aetna Commercial Insurance utilizing Supervisory Billing. My cash pay rate is $125 per session. I have some reserved spots for sliding scale fees for clients who may need it due to financial hardship.
However, our graduate interns are happy to match your insurance copay, so your out-of-pocket cost remains the same as if you were using your insurance. -
During a session with me, we'll explore your relationships and life experiences (past and present) with curious compassion. We'll discover new skills for coping with negative emotions and, in session, practice engaging with others in new ways. I'll encourage you as you process your recent challenges and celebrate your victories.

Through my work in ministry, I encountered several young women with stories not too different from mine, often overwhelmed with life. Upon hearing their stories - stories of anxiety, depression, family and relational trauma, and challenges with OCD or bipolar disorder - I knew I wanted to walk with them through the deep work of healing I was engaging through my own therapy. As a ministry worker, I didn't have the professional training to be the guide I wished I could be for them.
