Do you want help…

Healing from trauma?

Helping your children and teens manage their overwhelming emotions?

Building practical, effective coping skills?

Navigating anxiety, stress, and self-esteem struggles?

Are you seeking lasting change? Hoping to reconnect more deeply in your relationships with your partner, family, or friends? Do you want to better understand your values, uncover the root of your distress, and live a more authentic, fulfilling life? I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma to help them heal at the source—so they can feel better in a way that lasts.

I believe healing begins with understanding our emotions. Many of my clients come to therapy unsure of how to name or express what they’re feeling—and that’s okay. I’m confident in helping people explore and reconnect with their emotional world in a way that feels safe and supportive. I know how vulnerable this process can be, and I strive to create a space where you feel protected, respected, and truly seen. In our work together, I’ll gently challenge you to grow in confidence and deepen your identity—mentally, emotionally, relationally, physically, and spiritually—at a pace that honors your unique story.

MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH

I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma Christian University. My approach is centered on you, the client. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more supported and more confident that things can get better, even if they don’t feel that way right now. I deeply believe in every person’s inner capacity to grow, heal, and thrive—often in ways they never thought possible. My role is to help you reconnect with the strength and resilience that already exists within you.

After working with me, my clients often say they feel truly safe, understood, and heard. I find great joy in celebrating their growth and transformation—watching them move toward the change they came to therapy seeking.

Therapy with me is

  • Compassionate

Emphasizing the importance of compassion and self-compassion in interactions with the world and yourself.

  • Authentic

Real,  genuine, open, integrated, and authentic during our interactions together.

  • Safe

FAQs

  • As a graduate intern, I am currently in the final stages of my education. I am in a Master’s program and one of the requirements to graduate is to gain 600-700 hours of clinical experience under the supervision of an experienced Licensed Clinician. I meet weekly with both my University and On-Site Supervisors so it’s like you get a treatment team of clinicians reviewing the work we do together to make sure I am giving you the best quality care.

There are benefits of working with a graduate intern clinician that many do not consider. Graduate interns carry smaller caseloads and are energetic and excited as they are learning the most up-to-date training on evidence-based interventions. Graduate Interns are willing to ask questions for help and consultation, which is best practice but rare for even the most experienced clinician. Research shows that the bonds formed, and emotions experienced, along with insight and work done in session, leave many clients reporting a more positive experience with their graduate intern than with their previous experiences with more seasoned therapists.

  • As a graduate intern, I do not file with insurance. My cash pay rate is $45 per session. I have some reserved spots for sliding scale fees for clients who may need it due to financial hardship.

  • A session with me is a warm, grounded space where you can be fully yourself. I show up with presence, empathy, and genuine curiosity about who you are and what matters to you. We move at your pace—there’s room for reflection, discovery, and even lightness when it feels right. You don’t have to have it all figured out; we’ll explore it together, one step at a time.

  • Honestly, it goes back to my own childhood. I know what it’s like to feel alone, confused, or not fully seen—and I remember wishing so deeply for someone to just get it. That experience shaped me. I became a therapist to be for others, the person I needed so desperately back then. To offer safety, understanding, and care—especially when it feels hardest to ask for it.

Let me be the support you need.
