EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

Support your team’s mental health with a meaningful benefit

Confidential Support,
When You Need It Most

An EAP (Employee Assistance Program) provides confidential, employer-sponsored, short-term counseling and other resources to help employees and their families with personal and work-related challenges, such as mental health concerns, financial stress, family issues, and substance abuse. EAPs can offer a range of services, including face-to-face or virtual counseling for individuals, couples, family members, and crisis support, often at no cost to the employee. The goal is to provide early intervention and support, leading to improved employee well-being, engagement, and productivity.

Cairn Wellness Center, LLC offers a discounted Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed specifically for HR leaders in small businesses, non-profits, and large organizations throughout the state of Oklahoma. Our customizable packages make it easy to provide employees with confidential mental health support — whether as a valuable wellness incentive or part of your core benefits offering. This incentive not only supports individual employees — it strengthens your entire organization.

  • Confidential and Voluntary:

EAP counseling is confidential, meaning employees can seek help without fear of their employer finding out. It's also voluntary, so employees can choose whether or not to participate.

  • Short-Term Focus:

EAP counseling typically offers a limited number of sessions, often eight, focused on helping employees address specific issues and develop coping strategies.

  • Wide Range of Issues:

EAPs can help with a variety of problems, including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, financial difficulties, and workplace conflicts.

  • Referral Services:

If an employee needs more long-term or specialized care, the EAP can provide referrals to other mental health professionals or resources.

  • Benefits for Employees and Employers:

EAPs benefit employees by providing support and resources to improve their well-being and productivity, and they benefit employers by reducing absenteeism, increasing productivity, and lowering healthcare costs.

  • Different from Traditional Therapy:

EAP counseling differs from traditional therapy in that it's typically short-term and focused on specific problems, while therapy can be longer-term and more comprehensive.

faqs

Common questions about EAPs.

  • While our EAP services are customizable to fit your company’s needs, we typically work with a designated point of contact within your organization to approve employees for services. Once approved, our scheduling team will reach out directly to the employee to coordinate and schedule appointments. Employees are able to select in-person or virtual sessions to best meet their needs.

  • To protect the confidentiality and safety of your employees, only minimal information — such as names and dates of service, when required for billing — will be shared. No personal or clinical details will ever be disclosed.
