Are you or your child experiencing…
Fear of not fitting in?
Worry about the future?
Big feelings over the smallest things?
Intense anxiety disrupting daily routines?
Do you feel overwhelmed by your child's big emotions and unsure how to support them? Have you noticed your child avoiding new experiences because they're afraid of failing? Do they struggle with confidence or express feelings of low self-worth?
Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, or navigating life's challenges, I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, accepted, and empowered. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5–20, using a relational, person-centered approach that allows me to walk alongside each client as they discover their own strengths and solutions.
MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH
I earned my Master of Science degree in Counseling , from UNIVERSITY. After graduate school, I worked as a…….
As a Registered Play Therapist, I incorporate both Child-Centered and Adlerian Play Therapy to help younger clients express themselves, process emotions, and build resilience through developmentally appropriate interventions. I also integrate relational, person-centered, and family systems approaches to meet each client's unique needs and support meaningful, lasting growth.
Clients often share that they leave therapy feeling more confident in themselves, better equipped to manage their emotions, and more grounded, relaxed, and hopeful in their daily lives.

I am currently in-network with BCBS, Healthchoice, Aetna, United, Healthcare Highways, and WebTPA. If you have other insurance, I would be considered out of network, meaning you would have to pay for the session directly. I am happy to electronically file the necessary paperwork with your insurance, but they will send any portion they cover directly to you.
