Do you want help…

To stop repeating unhealthy patterns in relationships, faith, or coping?

Making choices based on your own values instead of fear, guilt, or obligation?

Learning to cope with your emotions rather than numbing through substances, overworking, or scrolling?

Do you find yourself repeating the same unhealthy patterns in relationships, faith, or the way you cope with life's challenges? Are anxiety, shame, or people-pleasing keeping you stuck, leaving you feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions while losing sight of your own needs? Perhaps you grew up in a family affected by addiction, conflict, or rigid religious expectations and wonder how those experiences continue to shape the way you see yourself and relate to others.

If you've reached a place where you know something needs to change and you're ready, I can offer a safe, compassionate space to understand your story, help you reconnect with yourself, and begin creating a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with your values. Together, we'll work to identify patterns, develop healthier boundaries, strengthen self-compassion, and build practical tools for managing anxiety, shame, and overwhelming emotions. My goal is to help you make choices that reflect your values rather than fear or obligation, fostering relationships and, when meaningful to you, a spiritual life that feel safe, authentic, and life-giving.

I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on curiosity, transparency, and trust, where clients feel empowered to rediscover their voice, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life marked by greater freedom, resilience, and authenticity.

MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH

I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. I believe healing begins in a space where people feel genuinely heard, respected, and free to explore their story without judgment. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative, moving at each client's pace while honoring the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped them. Drawing from person-centered, attachment-focused, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and acceptance and commitment (ACT) approaches, I help clients better understand how their past has shaped their present. For those who desire it, I also offer spiritually integrated therapy that creates space for faith while remaining attentive to the effects of religious trauma and honoring each client's autonomy.

As our work together progresses, clients often describe feeling more connected to themselves and more confident in the choices they make. Rather than feeling trapped by old patterns, clients begin to experience greater freedom, clarity, and self-compassion. Clients often share things like, "I can set boundaries without feeling guilty" and "I'm making decisions based on my own values instead of trying to keep everyone else happy." While every person's journey is unique, many clients leave therapy with a deeper understanding of their story, greater confidence in their voice, and practical tools to navigate life with intention, resilience, and hope.

Therapy with me is

  • Safe

I create an environment where clients feel secure, understood, and free to express themselves without fear of judgment.

  • Authentic

I will bring a genuine, open, and integrated presence to the therapeutic relationship.

  • Compassionate

I emphasize the importance of compassion and self-compassion in interactions with the world and the self.

We all want to feel safe and supported in therapy and we also want to see change. I am experienced in working with clients to see the change they desire in their lives in a variety of issues. I focus my practice on working with teens and adults, individually, as couples, or in a family.
