Do you desire to…
Find new patterns in life so you feel less stuck?
Find balance to limit overwhelm and over thinking?
Care less about what others think about you?
Clarity in your values and how to prioritize them in your life?
My clients often come to counseling feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, low self-confidence, and a strong concern about what others think of them. You may struggle with avoiding conflict, feeling guilty when prioritizing your own needs, and experiencing difficulty sleeping or ongoing emotional exhaustion. Are you navigating major life transitions such as starting college, marriage, or a breakup, or feel disconnected from yourself and unsure of who you are? Some also experience panic attacks and a general sense of being stuck in cycles of anxiety, fear, and self-doubt.
In counseling, I help clients slow down these patterns and begin to understand what is driving their anxiety and emotional distress. Together, we work on identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, building healthier coping strategies, and reconnecting with personal values. I support clients in developing self-compassion, strengthening emotional awareness and regulation, and increasing mindfulness in daily life. The focus is on helping clients build confidence in themselves and their decisions so they can move forward with greater clarity and intention.
MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH
I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counselor from the University of Central Oklahoma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based practices, and Person-Centered principles. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and accepted while also being gently challenged toward growth. For clients who desire it, I am confident integrating faith into the counseling process in a way that aligns with their beliefs and supports their healing and values.
After working together, clients often report improved sleep, greater emotional stability, and an increased sense of overall well-being. They move from feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and controlled by fear and self-doubt to becoming more confident, grounded, and empowered in their daily lives. Many describe their progress in their own words: “I can handle hard things.” “I finally trust myself.” “I feel like myself again.” and “I know who I am and what I want.”
Therapy with me is
-
Collaborative
We work together to make decisions about treatment within a framework of accountability, integrity, and mutual respect.
-
Solution-Focused
We will concentrate on present concerns and future goals, emphasizing practical steps and solutions rather than extensive exploration of past experiences.
-
Compassionate
I emphasize the importance of compassion and self-compassion in interactions with the world and the self.
We all want to feel safe and supported in therapy and we also want to see change. I am experienced in working with clients to see the change they desire in their lives in a variety of issues. I focus my practice on working with teens and adults, individually, as couples, or in a family.

As a graduate intern, I am currently in the final stages of my education. I am in a Master’s program and one of the requirements to graduate is to gain 600-700 hours of clinical experience under the supervision of an experienced Licensed Clinician. I meet weekly with both my University and On-Site Supervisors so it’s like you get a treatment team of clinicians reviewing the work we do together to make sure I am giving you the best quality care.
There are benefits of working with a graduate intern clinician that many do not consider. Graduate interns carry smaller caseloads and are energetic and excited as they are learning the most up-to-date training on evidence-based interventions. Graduate Interns are willing to ask questions for help and consultation, which is best practice but rare for even the most experienced clinician. Research shows that the bonds formed, and emotions experienced, along with insight and work done in session, leave many clients reporting a more positive experience with their graduate intern than with their previous experiences with more seasoned therapists.

As a graduate intern, I do not file with insurance. My cash pay rate is $45 per session. I have some reserved spots for sliding scale fees for clients who may need it due to financial hardship.

A typical session begins with a brief check-in about how you’ve been doing since our last meeting. From there, we talk through current concerns, experiences, and any challenges that feel most important to you that day, while also keeping your overall therapy goals in focus. Throughout the session, I offer support, gentle guidance, and practical coping strategies within a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being open and honest.

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the transformative impact counseling can have on a person’s life. I am passionate about meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they work toward growth, healing, and meaningful, lasting change.
Let me be the support you need.
