Have you ever said to yourself…
“How do I keep repeating the same unhealthy patterns in my relationships?”
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’m ready for change but feel stuck and exhausted.”
“I don’t know how to tell others how I feel.”
Do you struggle with symptoms of anxiety and depression such as overthinking, negative self-talk, emotional disconnection, somatic symptoms? Do you feel stuck? Do you find yourself avoiding conflict, people-pleasing, minimizing your own needs, or fearing rejection, abandonment, change, and confrontation? Many of my clients are navigating difficult transitions such as breakups, divorce, family conflict, school or job changes, moves, or shifting relationships that no longer feel sustainable.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respectful accountability. I believe people are capable of incredible growth and healing when they feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I strive to meet clients exactly where they are while helping them recognize that emotions deserve validation, but they are not always facts. Together, we work to understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so clients can become active participants in their lives and relationships rather than simply going through the motions.
MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH
I am an interpersonal and adjustment-focused therapist who works with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping clients identify negative thinking patterns that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, while building confidence, healthier relationships, and renewed hope. I also value the role faith can play in healing, hope, and personal growth when it aligns with a client’s goals and beliefs. I believe even difficult seasons can become opportunities for growth, resilience, and deeper purpose.
The transformations my clients experience include healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, increased self-worth, greater emotional awareness, and the ability to navigate change without fear controlling their lives. Clients often leave therapy feeling lighter, less stressed, more confident, more fulfilled in their relationships, and genuinely hopeful about their future. My desire is for clients to walk away knowing they are capable, worthy, deeply valued, and never alone in the challenges they face.

In Oklahoma, LPC stands for Licensed Professional Counselor. This means that I have completed all my education, have passed all the testing required by the Board of Behavioral Health, and completed over 3000 hours of supervised experience to obtain licensure.

I am currently in-network with BCBS, Healthchoice, Aetna, United, Healthcare Highways, and WebTPA. If you have other insurance, I would be considered out of network, meaning you would have to pay for the session directly. I am happy to electronically file the necessary paperwork with your insurance, but they will send any portion they cover directly to you.

A session with me feels like a meaningful check-in. We’ll start by catching up on any updates since our last meeting, then revisit what we worked on previously, celebrating your wins and exploring any challenges along the way. I aim to create a space that is both lighthearted and genuine, where real conversation can happen. From there, we move into goal-focused, client-led work that supports your growth, builds your confidence, and helps you move toward the changes you want to achieve.
