Do you desire…

Deeper connections in your relationships and marriage?

Support in challenging your inner critic?

Confidence in your boundaries with others?

Clarity in your values and how to prioritize them in your life?

Are you ready to dig deep into self-awareness to see how your patterns may impact your relationships? Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the daily demands of life, making it difficult to carve out the time and space necessary for self-discovery and an understanding of your needs and desires? Are you ready to learn the process of healing yourself?

I am deeply committed to supporting clients in recognizing and realizing their true potential. Central to my therapeutic approach is the creation of a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their insights, beliefs, needs, and motivations without fear of judgment. I view the process of developing self-awareness and understanding as one of the most meaningful and transformative aspects of therapy.

I am especially passionate about facilitating self-discovery and personal growth. My clinical work is guided by a client-centered approach that prioritizes individualized care, ensuring that interventions and resources are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

My areas of clinical strength include increasing self-awareness, identifying and restructuring maladaptive thought patterns, enhancing self-esteem and confidence, supporting clients through life transitions, and fostering emotional regulation skills. I am particularly confident in working with individuals who feel "stuck" or are experiencing a sense of stagnation in their lives, helping them to identify barriers and build momentum toward meaningful change.

MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH

I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma State University. I believe in the restorative power of therapy, grounded in both clinical insight and spiritual truth. My goal is to create a space where you feel emotionally safe, spiritually supported, and empowered to explore the deeper parts of yourself with honesty and grace.

Clients often share that therapy with me “feels different”—that they’ve discovered a kind of peace and clarity they didn’t think was possible. Witnessing this transformation is one of the greatest honors of my work and what continues to inspire my calling as a therapist.

FAQs

  • As a graduate intern, I am currently in the final stages of my education. I am in a Master’s program and one of the requirements to graduate is to gain 600-700 hours of clinical experience under the supervision of an experienced Licensed Clinician. I meet weekly with both my University and On-Site Supervisors so it’s like you get a treatment team of clinicians reviewing the work we do together to make sure I am giving you the best quality care.

There are benefits of working with a graduate intern clinician that many do not consider. Graduate interns carry smaller caseloads and are energetic and excited as they are learning the most up-to-date training on evidence-based interventions. Graduate Interns are willing to ask questions for help and consultation, which is best practice but rare for even the most experienced clinician. Research shows that the bonds formed, and emotions experienced, along with insight and work done in session, leave many clients reporting a more positive experience with their graduate intern than with their previous experiences with more seasoned therapists.

  • As a graduate intern, I do not bill insurance directly. My standard rate is $45 per session. However, I’m happy to match your insurance copay, so your out-of-pocket cost remains the same as if you were using your insurance. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship.

  • A session with me is focused on you, the client, and your goals for improving your quality of life. One of the most important aspects of sessions with me is that it is a place for open and honest communication. In session, I focus on utilizing unconditional positive regard, as there is no room for judgment in my sessions. I believe that the person who knows you best is you. Therefore, the focus on each session will vary regarding any feelings or concerns that you will bring to the space. As a counselor, I serve as a guide for my clients to provide support and encouragement through their therapeutic journey. I will facilitate the exploration of feelings, identifying problems, and navigating issues to lead to healing and growth.

  • Ever since I was little, I have had a fascination with the uniqueness of each person I came in contact with. Growing up, I began to realize that we all have individual differences in our life experiences, shaping who we are as people. My interest in the mind, how we process things, and our extraordinary ability to overcome life's challenges are all reasons for my passion for studying psychology. I knew I wanted to become a therapist when I realized that there was a chance for me to help people make strides in becoming the best version of themselves. Life can be hard, and everybody deserves the opportunity to have a supportive relationship to help them achieve their goals.

Let me be the support you need.
